Stress Reduction

For this blog i chose to do it on yogo and how it releases stress. It consists of  stationary poses, combined with deep breathing. Its really good for anxiety and stress but also increases your flexability, strength, balance, and stamina. Physically afterwards i felt more movable and stretched out. Any stress that was on my mind was gone and i felt at ease. A great method that i would do again and encourage people to try it.

  1. I also chose yoga for the stress reduction, it definitely helps ease the mind off things because its something you have to focus on during the moment in order to perfect the poses

  2. Reading everyone stress reduction i read a lot of people trying yoga so i guess next time I'm stressed i will be trying out yoga
